Altered Project : Shadow Box

Hello Friends,

Today I'm sharing an altered Cardboard Biscuit box into a Shadow box which I made for few challenges. I thought of making a fairy with jungle theme. So I cut out a square from the front of the box and covered it with tissue and some texture paste and gel medium to create some effect on the front. Then added some patterned paper for the background, added some texture paste with stencil on all sides of the box for a brick effect. Added twigs, 3d stickers and a handmade clay fairy sitting on a stone. Colored to give a jungle look.

Here is the box

And I altered it into a shadow box as below...

Altered Bottle

Hello Everyone...
I have stacked a lot of stash to alter. I love seeing the things getting glamorous makeovers.
This time I took out a bottle and tried to alter it.
I am very new to mixed media and this is my very first altered bottle.
So, this is how it looks...

First I gave a coat of gesso on the bottle, then layers of texture paste and crackle paint. Once dried completely I colored the bottle with Pink acrylic color and dry brushed metallic black acrylic paint. Added die cut and metal charm a cycle after coloring them. Added the flowers n leaves and also colored them.
